Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a crucial support in the firm’s marketing department.  They will take the lead in ensuring department projects align with defined scope, objectives, and resources, while also implementing strategies to maintain project progress. This role demands a team player with exceptional time management and attention to detail, strong project management skills and a passion for client engagement and retention activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials.
  • Create and manage social media content and engagement for the firm’s social media accounts.
  • Foster collegial relationships with vendors, sponsors, and clients.
  • Manage and maintain promotional product inventory.
  • Assist with other marketing projects and admin duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Possess technical and computer proficiency, including updating WordPress websites as support to the Digital Marketing Specialist.

Education and Experience:

  • Marketing knowledge, education/or experience in related field.
  • Completion of a degree or college diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Experience working with professionals and management in a fast-paced and client focused environment.

Others:

  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Availability to work flexible hours at times, including evenings to attend business events and receptions.
